International Center for Consulting and Strategic Studies , a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, neutral, independent institution ,does not recognize, racial discrimination on the basis of form, color, nationalism, political or sectarian affiliation,, rejects violence from any party as a means of expressing opinion, but rather believes in the opinion and the other opinion and aims to build bonds of friendliness and the spirit of humanitarian work between peoples, first of all , works to spread the values of love and peace among peoples and the advancement of the human being wherever he is , follows the independent and impartial academic methodology in its research and preparation of workable logical studies , attracts the elite of analysts, thinkers and strategic researchers without regard to their origins, branches or religion.
